We hope you love your piece from The Cashmere Collective. Each garment is a one-of-a-kind sample, selected for its rarity, quality, and character.

If for any reason it isn’t quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange request. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement.
