Welcome to Cashmere Collective. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

“Cashmere Collective”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Cashmere Collective. “You” refers to the customer.

2) Products

  • Our pieces are sample items. Minor imperfections/defects should be expected and are reflected in the price.

  • Descriptions and images are provided in good faith; slight variations may occur.

3) Orders & Pricing

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We may cancel/refund orders for reasons such as stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • Prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is taken at checkout.

4) Shipping

  • We ship to the UK (and internationally where stated). Delivery timeframes are estimates only; delays outside our control aren’t our liability.

  • Risk passes on delivery to the address provided.

5) Returns & Refunds (UK online purchases)

  • You have a 14-day right to cancel from the day after delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Return postage is paid by you, unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

  • If an item is returned used, damaged, washed, odorous, missing tags, or otherwise not in original condition, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund reflecting diminished value.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof of posting).

  • This clause does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

6) Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us promptly. We will arrange a remedy in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (repair, replacement, or refund).

7) Use of the Site & IP

All content (text, imagery, logos) is owned by Cashmere Collective and may not be used without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt unauthorised access.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
