Processing Times

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of purchase.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

  • UK orders: Typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International orders (where available): Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 7–21 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and order weight.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Proof of Delivery

  • Where available, tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Proof of delivery provided by the courier (including GPS scan, delivery photo, or signed confirmation) will be considered as successful delivery. At that point, the order is deemed delivered into the customer’s hands.

  • We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after the courier confirms delivery.

Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses.

  • If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@cashmerecollective.co.uk and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
