Cashmere Collective Return Policy

Return Window
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer law.

Condition of Returns
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Assessment of Returns
If an item is returned damaged, worn, washed, or otherwise not in its original condition, we reserve the right to either:

  • Return the item back to you at your cost, or

  • Issue a partial refund, deducting an appropriate amount to reflect the loss in value.

Nature of Goods
Our pieces are sample items and are described to the best of our ability. Minor defects should be expected. They are not sold as perfect goods and are offered at a significant discount to retail.

Return Shipping

  • UK Orders: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • International Orders: Returns are not free. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Timing
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return (or acceptable proof of posting).
